Product Description:
We perform general repairs and modernization of machine tools especially of ŠKODA brand (production year 1950-2000). Since 2010, when we have been replacing the original headstock by a new one with a diameter of 160 mm at customer's request. A new headstock increases the spindle speed to 2500 rpm.
Other information:
As part of the overhaul and modernization of machine tools, all guideways are ground, the machine is equipped with new mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components. The control system is chosen according to the customer's requirements, we mostly use SIEMENS SINUMERIC 840Dsl, i530 TNC Heidenhain, MEFI Praha, FANUC systems.
